Indian national apprehended with Hashish worth Rs. 2 Million

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A 30 year old Indian national has been apprehended at the BIA for the possession of over a kilogram of Hashish. The Police confirmed that the value of the seized Hashish exceeds Rs. 2 Million. The suspect was arrested when he had arrived at the country from Bangalore. The Police also informed that the suspect had arrived in Sri Lanka six times during the course of the year and had engaged in the distribution of drugs among foreign nationals in the country.
