Government to issue health cards

Colombo (News1st): State Minister of Health Faizal Cassim said a health card will be issued for the population of 22 million people. He noted that the health card will allow an individual to gain access to all his medical records and will save the government around Rs. 250 million every year. He added that they will bring ahead this project in another two months. State Minister Cassim said they will be taking steps to aid those who are suffering from kidney diseases as well.
