A-380 emergency landing at the BIA

Colombo (News1st): An Airbus A-380, the world's largest passenger airliner, touched down at the Bandaranayake International Airport this morning (December 22). The airport duty officer said the A-380 arrived from Abu Dhabi en route to Sydney, Australia. The flight landed at BIA due to one of its passengers taking ill. The flight which arrived around 5.30am left the island around two hours later following treatments to the passenger.
