COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Department for Registration of Persons is to introduce a new mechanism to take photographs for the National Identity Card according to the standard of the International Civil Aviation Organization.
The first phase of this program is scheduled to begin from the 17th of December in the Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces.

Thereafter, the applicant must produce the receipt to the Grama Niladhari Officer.
