Committee to investigate unruly behaviour in parliament begins work

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The committee investigating the unruly behaviour in parliament recently will convene for the first time tomorrow (December 12). Deputy Speaker and chairman of the committee Ananda Kumarasiri noted that they have already received CCTV footage of the incidents. He said that they have received an estimation on the loss caused to property during those parliamentary sessions adding that one of the police officials investigating the matter will also be present at parliament tomorrow.
