Skeletons unearthed from Mannar mass grave risen to 254

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The number of skeletons unearthed from the Mannar mass grave has risen to 254. Professor Raj Somadeva who is assisting the excavation said that the 254 skeletons have been placed under judicial custody and is currently stored in a warehouse. The excavation of the Mannar mass grave began on the 28th of May under court orders. 18 of the excavated skeletons have been identified to be of minors. The excavation of the Mannar mass grave is nearing completion as 65% of the total area has been completed.
