Five arrested with over 2.5kg Kerala Ganja in Omanthei

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Five suspects who were connected to a Kerala Ganja racket have been arrested in front of the Omanthei Police station along the Jaffna - Vavuniya main road. 2.5 kilograms of Kerala Ganja was found to be in possession of the suspects at the time of their arrest. The suspects aged 18, 29, 30, 36 and 45 are all residents of Trincomalee and are due to be presented before the Vavuniya Magistrate today.
