Asset dec. of PM and President to be released as per RTI

Colombo (News 1st) - Transparency International Sri Lanka, Executive Director Asoka Obeyesekere stated that through the Right to Information Act, he asked the presidential secretariat to release the asset declaration of Ranil Wickremesinghe. He noted that this emanates from a right to information request made in February 2017. He went on to state that when they receive the asset disclosure they will make it publicly available to everyone to read. He stated that they have filed requests for the declaration of assets and liabilities of both the President and the Prime Minister.
