Third suspect of Matara murder apprehended

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The third suspect in the brutal stabbing of a school student in Matara on Saturday (November 24) was arrested early this morning (November 27) by the Intelligence Unit of the Panadura police.
The 17-year-old suspect identified as Vimukthi Jayaweera is a resident of Walgama.
Investigations revealed that the suspect rode the motorcycle that was used by the main accused.
