SLFP invites MR to join All Island Committee meeting

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Sri Lanka Freedom Party has invited Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to join its All Island Committee meeting. General Secretary of the SLFP Professor Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa said that they hope to discuss and notify the party members and activists on the future political plans of the party. The meeting is scheduled to convene on the 8th of November. Professor Piyadasa also said that a proposal on making amendments to the party constitution will be presented at this meeting.
