JVP does not support Ranil

Colombo (News 1st) - Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna says that his party supports only the convening of the parliament and not a specific individual. Propaganda Secretary of the JVP Vijitha Herath noted that there is false news that JVP is supporting Ranil Wickramasinghe. He stated that the JVP is against Ranil Wickramasinghe and they even voted against him during the no-confidence motion. He then stated that the current move made is unconstitutional and undemocratic and also against morality. MP Vijitha Herath stated that the JVP urges the President to undo this unconstitutional move and to reconvene the Parliament.
