Met department predicts more rain

COLOMBO (News 1^st) - The Department of Meteorology predicts more rainfall over the island. Showers or thundershowers are expected to occur over most parts of the country. Very heavy rainfall above 150 mm could be expected at some areas, particularly in the Central, Uva, and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in the Ampara and Batticaloa districts.
