COLOMBO (News 1st) – The old Eluwankulama Road along the Puttalam – Mannar main road has been temporarily closed as a result of heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the Welipenna Interchange on the Southern Expressway was also temporarily closed as a result of heavy showers inundating the access road to the interchange.
