The Prime Minister's expensive foreign trips

COLOMBO (News 1st) -  UPFA Parliamentarian Sisira Jayakody said that the Prime Minister's idea of a global economy is planning on which country he should be visiting next. While accusing the Prime Minister and the government of pushing the economy off a precipice, the MP noted that these are the same persons who are linked to the CBSL bond scam. Jayakody says that none of these foreign tours brought in investments to the country adding that although the present government obtains numerous loans that the blame is passed onto the Rajapaksa regime. Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe departed the island yesterday (October 03) for a visit to Norway and the United Kingdom.
