13 arrested over a dispute in Maylapitiya

Colombo (News1st): 13 Individuals have been arrested by the Thalathu Oya Police officials over a dispute that took place during a musical concert in Thalathu Oya, Maylapitiya. Individuals between the ages of 18 and 22 and two mothers who also engaged in the dispute have been taken into custody. Those who sustained injuries in the dispute have been admitted to the Marassana and Hangurankatha Hospitals for treatment. The suspects are to be produced before the Kandy Magistrate's Courts tomorrow (September 16).
