Rajapaksa has no intention of protecting the Nation - Tilvin Silva

Colombo (News 1st) - The JVP claim Mahinda Rajapaksa has no intention of creating a government that will protect the Nation. The General Secretary of JVP Tilvin Silva states the people need a government that will protect the country. He states that the issues the country has are different to the issue the Rajapaksas have. He adds the majority in the country have no way of educating their children because of the cost of living to lack of infrastructure facilities. He notes that the Rajapaksa family members never learn so they have no issues on education. Tilvin Silva also states that medical costs are very high and sometimes the hospitals do not have the needed medication. He adds the Rajapaksa family has no issue when it comes to these as they fly to Singapore even when they get a pain in the hip. The JVP General Secretary states that the Rajapaksa's were in power before and now they want to come back to power simply for the personal needs. He states that there are cases of fraud and corruption regarding matters when they were in power. There is a case on building a memorial for their parents using public funds and there are many other cases. Ending his analysis he concludes that if these criminal cases are pursued, the previous regime would be prosecuted. He states that due to this reason they are struggling to change the government.
