At a media briefing held on Wednesday (Sept 12th), a journalist questioned UPFA MP, Dallas Alahapperuma about the tweet.
The MP replied that the question should be raised from Subramaniam Swamy himself and that the statement could have been made believing what G.L. Peiris had said on the possibility of MR being able to contest once again.
