3 women arrested in Homagama over job scam

Colombo (News1st) - 3 female suspects have been arrested in Homagama for defrauding money under the guise of providing state sector employment. According to the Police the suspects had impersonated high ranking government officials and had scammed money from youth in the area. The arrested suspects are residents of Colombo 5, Himbutana and Jambugahapitiya. They are to be produced before the Homagama magistrates court later today.
