119th Udagammanaya vested with the public

Colombo (News1st): The 119th Udagammana constructed under the Semata Sevana Udagammana Project was vested with the public today (September 09). The event was held under the patronage of Deputy Leader of the United National Party and Minister of Housing and Construction, Sajith Premadasa. The village named as Sahajeewanapura consists of 25 houses and the land deeds of these were presented at the event today. Speaking at the event Minister Sajith Premadasa stated that after seeing the opposition going on a protest march, demanding for the change of government, he would like to ask the people of this country are you planning on putting a stop to the building of houses and distributing land by bringing in the flower bud? He asked if the people want to stop the benefits enjoyed by the people through programmes such as " Gamperaliya Gramashakthi and enterprise Sri Lanka?". He added that the flower bud has become a joke today and they are lost. I would tell you the wish of the people in this area, said Min. Premadasa adding that by the year 2020 the aspirations of the general public will be fulfilled.
