Over 8kgs of Kerala Ganja seized in Kalpitiya

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A 41-year-old man has been arrested in Kalpitiya while transporting a stock of Kerala Ganja. According to the Police, the stock of Kerala Ganja weighing 8.281 kgs has been packaged in four parcels. The lorry that was used to transport the contraband was also taken into Police custody. The suspect, a resident of Norochcholai, is due to be produced before the Puttalam Magistrate Court today (August 25).
