More "Pibidemu Polonnaruwa" projects vested in the public

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Several more projects completed under the Pibidemu Polonnaruwa District Development Programme, were vested with the public on Thursday (August 02). The day began with President Maithripala Sirisena opening a walking path that was constructed at a cost of Rs. 5.52mn. He later traveled to Royal College, Polonnaruwa to declared open a cricket ground which was built at a cost of Rs 250mn.  The President also distributed cricket equipment for 4 schools in the district including the Sevanapitiya Maha Vidyalaya. The Aralaganwila Kidney Disease Prevention Unit, Aralaganwila Zonal Education Office and a three-story building comprising of 36 classrooms built at a cost of Rs. 63.75 million at the Aralaganwila Central College, were all declared open by the President on Thursday.
