Suspect arrested with 130 kg of Kerala Ganja in Mannar

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect was arrested on the Oluthoduwai coast in Mannar for possession of 130 kilograms of Kerala Ganja. A spokesperson for the police stated that the Police STF had carried out the raid according to a tip-off received by the SL Navy. The Kerala Ganja worth Rs. 6.5mn had been found hidden in four sacks. The suspect has been identified as a 39-year-old resident from Mannar. The suspect is due to be presented before the Mannar magistrate's court.
