Tuition classes for AL exam to end on the 31st

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Tuition classes, lectures, and seminars for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination cannot be conducted after midnight of the 31st this month. Commissioner of Examinations Sanath.B.Pujitha said, that stern legal action will be taken against individuals who violate this order. The G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination will begin on the 6th of August and end on the 1st of September. A total of 321,469 school and private applicants are facing this year's examination. Meanwhile, tuition classes and seminars pertaining to the grade 5 scholarship examination will be banned after midnight on the 1st of August. A total of 355,326 applicants are facing this years grade 5 scholarship examination which begins on the 5th of August.
