COLOMBO (News 1st) – A new study has revealed that 44% of government and semi-government employees lack computer literacy.

Director General of the department of census and statistics Dr. A.J. Satharasinghe said that there are 1.1 million government and semi-government employees in the country.

He added that it was revealed that 62% of them are unable to use an email account.
