US Army General calls on Navy Commander

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Commanding General of the US Army Pacific General Robert Brown met with Navy Commander Vice Admiral Sirimevan Ranasighe at the Navy Headquarters on Monday (July 23rd). The visiting US General was accorded a guard of honour by the Director General Operations Rear Admiral Niraj Attygalle. Thereafter the General brown met with the Navy Commander where many matters of bilateral importance were discussed. An exchange of mementos also took place to commemorate the meeting.
