All fake Facebook accounts to be deactivated

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Response Team says 1250 complaints regarding the misuse of Social Media have been lodged within the year. Senior Information Security Engineer Roshan Chandraguptha said most of the complaints received were about creating and maintaining fake Facebook accounts. He also added that Facebook has been notified to deactivate all such reported fake accounts.
