COLOMBO (News 1st) – A 10-hour water cut from 9 a.m to 7 p.m has been launched in several areas along the Galle road including Balapitiya for mandatory maintenance services.

Issuing a communique, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board said that the water supply in all areas from Balapitiya to Kosgoda and all by roads along the suburbs has thereby been suspended.

Further water supply to Galmangoda and Benthara too has been interrupted.
