3 henchmen of Makandure Madush arrested in Kadugannawa

Colombo (News 1st) - 3 individuals believed to be henchmen of Makadure Madush, the leader of an organized criminal gang, have been arrested in Kadugannawa after the Kandy police carried out a raid. Police media spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekara stated that they had been arrested while in hiding at a hotel located in the Kadugannawa area. A sum of 100,000 rupees was also taken into custody by the police. Further investigations have been launched by the Kandy police.
