Traffic on the outer circular expressway

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Road Development Authority (RDA) states that vehicular congestion is being experienced at the Kaduwela Exit of the Colombo Outer Circular Expressway due to floods in Biyagama. The RDA noted that movement of vehicles towards Kaduwela have come to a standstill. It went on to claim,  congestion is also reported toward Kadawatha from the Kaduwela entrance. However, the RDA says there is no traffic congestion on the Colombo Outer Circular Expressway from Kadawatha to Matara.
