REUTERS – Ryan Reynolds celebrated the upcoming release of his “Deadpool” sequel with castmates in New York yesterday (May 14).
While the R-rated film is laced with profanity, dark humour and in your face action, Reynolds said it is much more.
“I mean, it’s a hardcore, crazy, outlandish comic book movie. But at its heart, it’s also a family film.” – Ryan Reynold
The franchise centers on former Special Forces agent turned mercenary Wade Wilson, portrayed by Reynolds.
“Deadpool 2” will be released in U.S. theaters on May 18th.
