Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe speaks on his new cabinet position

COLOMBO (News 1^st) - Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe was removed from his ministerial portfolio last year and was re-appointed to Cabinet yesterday (May 01). So, what is his current stance on the state of affairs? Journalists raised the matter when he assumed duties in his new position today (May 02). He said the two leaders made a request and as politicians, we must serve the people whenever possible and therefore he accepted it.
