Governors of two provinces officially assume duties

COLOMBO (News 1^st) - The Governors of two provinces officially assumed duties today (April 17). Reginald Cooray who was appointed as the Governor for the North assumed duties following religious observances at the Nallur Kovil. Cooray was appointed as Governor for the Central Province on the 12^th, however, the very next day he took oaths again as the Governor of the North.
