March supporting no-confidence reaches Mawanella

COLOMBO (News 1st) – The march that commenced from Kandy today (March 31) to support the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has reached Mawanella.

It proceeded to Mawanella passing through Peradeniya, Kiribathkumbura, Pilimathalawa and Kadugannawa.

This was organized by the Organization to protect the United National Party and the United National Freedom Front.

The march will proceed to Nelumdeniya tomorrow (April 1), thereafter to Nittambuwa.

The march is to reach Colombo on April 4th, when the motion of no-confidence is taken up in parliament.
