Beralihela bridge declared open by Min. Sajith Premadasa

COLOMBO (News 1^st) - Deputy Leader of the United National Party, Minister Sajith Premadasa declared open the Beralihela bridge in Lunugamvehera today (March 17). The Beralihela bridge was constructed at a cost of 23.9 Million rupees. Speaking at the event, Minister Premadasa commented on the aftermath of the local government polls. “No matter what some say, the people have taught us an important lesson in the local government elections.” Further, he stated that the people gave them time, as they face the Provincial Council Elections next. Minister Premadasa said that the system was not favorable and that the message he received was “if you are wise, change the course of this journey”.
