Schools in the Kandy Administrative district to reopen tomorrow

COLOMBO (News 1^st) - All Schools in the Kandy District are set to re-open tomorrow (March 12) following last week's shut down. Chief Minister of the Central Province Sarath Ekanayake stated that a decision will be taken on holding school activities during additional days to compensate for the days missed during the shutdown. Schools in the Kandy Administrative district were closed on the last Tuesday (March 6), due to several incidents.
