A new study has revealed that red wine contains compounds which would fight tooth decay.
It also reduces the gum diseases, the researchers say.
“Polyphenols”compound in red wine is known as the fighter against bacteria in the mouth.
According to the study “Polyphenols” is an antioxidant, hence have much more health benefits such as protecting the body from harmful bacteria.
However. the researchers emphasize, due to these results over consumption of red wine should not be entertained.

There are plenty other “Polyphenols” rich food you may consume if you really are interested in living healthy.
Blueberries, Raspberries, Kiwis , Black grapes , Cherries , Beans Orange juice , Lemon juice , Black tea , Green tea and Coffee are few of them according American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
