Chairman, Dr. Sisira Kodagoda, said the five violations include driving without a valid driving licence, employing a driver who does not have a valid driver’s licence, driving under the influence of liquor and drugs, erratic driving across a level crossing and driving without a valid revenue licence or insurance.
Dr. Kodagoda added that the violation of any of the aforementioned would warrant a fine of upto Rs. 25,000.
