Sri Lankans far and wide are rallying against corruption as News 1st’s campaign launched to stand against bribery and corruption goes into Day 3.

Our teams will be touring the districts of Kilinochchi and Hambantota today, Thursday August 3. So if you are in those districts, be on the look out as our teams will be heading your way at anytime today.

The teams previously conducted the awareness campaign in the following areas

  • Jaffna – villages of Mandaitivu
  • Pungudutivu and Thenmarrachchi.
  • Monaragala – Warana and Yaya Vissa

The voices and thoughts our teams came across were all aligned and common. People of Sri Lanka are tired of the ongoing corruption. They want justice, they want a country free of corruption.

So let’s join hands to build a nation free of bribery and corruption. Vote against corruption.

Use the hashtag #SayNoToCorruption in your social media platforms to express your views on the matter. Be the voice this country so desperately needs.
