The Court of Appeal ordered the Attorney General to seek assistance of the Criminal Investigations Department in order to find the locations of the three navy officers who were acquitted by the High Court over the case pertaining to the killing of former parliamentarian Nadaraja Raviraj.

The Revision Application filed by Shashikala Nadaraja Raviraj before the Court of Appeal, requesting the case pertaining to the killing of the former parliamentarian was taken up before Court of Appeal Justices, T. J. Madawala and L. C. D. Dehideniya today.

Attorney-at-Law M. A. Sumanthiran, representing the petitioner, pointed out to the court that summons cannot be issued to the said navy officers as their addresses are not available.

The Court of Appeal ordered the petition to be postponed until July 19.
