A special traffic plan will be in place in the vicinity of the the Galle face roundabout in Colombo. Police said that the flow of traffic will be limited along the Galle Road from the Galle Face Roundabout to the N.S.A. Roundabout from 8a.m. to 10 a.m.

Flow of traffic from the NSA Roundabout to the Presidents lane will be limited from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. According to Police the flow of traffic has been limited at these times owing to a special ceremony.
