The Chicago Cubs managed to beat the Cleveland Indians 5-1 to win a World Series game and level the the best-of-seven series at 1-1.

This was the Cubs first win in a World series game in 71 years. They have not won the World Series since 1908 but the loosing streak may come to an end if they win three straight home games this weekend, starting on Friday.

The last time the Chicago hosted a World Series game at the famous Wrigley Field stadium was in 1945 where according to legend a curse was placed on the Cubs after a local tavern owner was asked to leave a game because the smell of his pet goat was upsetting other fans
