Min. Samaraweera elaborates on plans to build a hotel school in Matara

Preparations are underway to establish a hotel school in Matara. Speaking in Matara on Sunday, Minister Mangala Samaraweera said that a property of Basil Rajapaksa, which is under judiciary action will be used for this purpose.

Minister of Foreign Affairs,Mangala Samaraweera explained that the value of the lands owned by the Rajapaksa’s alone are valued at three billion and one acre property of land in Browns Hill owned by Basil Rajapaksa will be seized, and a hotel school for the youth of this district will be built.

He added that there is a small tea shop in the address which was noted as the location where Gotabaya Rajapaksa allegedly purchased a MiG aircraft. But there is not even an office there which sold MiG aircraft and on the 19th of this month, the day the government was sworn in, the Sri Lanka Freedom Party and the United National Party will extend its agreement of a unity government to five years at a ceremony which will be held at the Jayasuriya Stadium in Matara.
