Former president Mahinda Rajapaksa who is on a tour of Japan, met a group of Sri lankan expatriates on Sunday afternoon. The meeting was held at the Sukuba International Conference Hall in the Ibaraki province in Japan.

” We increased the value of our country”, charged former president Mahinda Rajapakse who added that they are taking revenge from the people, while there are advertisements making claims that loans were taken and billions were spent. But only 8000 million was taken in loans at that time and that they have taken 7000 million within a year.

Udayanga Weeratunga who is accused of supplying weapons to Ukrainian rebels, was also seen at this meeting attended by the former president.
