Landslide warnings have been issued to five districts. The districts of  Nuwara-Eliya, Kandy, Kegalle, Ratnapura and Kalutara have been issued warnings effective  till 2 p.m.on Sunday, June 05.

Director of the Landslide Studies and Risk Management Division of the NBRO, R.M.S. Bandara noted that those residing in mountainous areas in the districts  should remain vigilant over possible landslides.
