The Hector Kobbekaduwa Agrarian Research and Training Institute says that the price of vegetables have increased due to the prevailing dry weather conditions.
Head of Marketing and Food and Agriculture Sector Policy, Duminda Priyadharshana said that this situation has been brought about due to a decreasing supply of vegetables in the low and up country regions.
