The Department of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering of the Moratuwa University has organised Expose Exhibition 2016 under the theme Propelling Sri Lankan economy through niche areas of electronics.
The exhibition will be held on March 23 and 24 at the department premises. However, the exhibition will be open to university students on March 23, whereas the general public will be granted entrance only on March 24.
The main aim of the exhibition is to demonstrate final year projects and other undergraduate projects carried out at the department, to industry experts, investors, school students, and the general public.
The exhibition will also focus on raising awareness in school students and techno enthusiasts, on trending technologies and projects carried out at the university. The event will consist of Robotics Shows, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and also Electronic Workshops in addition to the main aims and objectives of the exhibition.
There will also be an E- Forum which is held in order to present final year projects to distinguished guests including investors, policy-makers. Accordingly, a session where challenges faced by the industry, fields of electronics, telecommunication and software engineering will also be discussed.
Expose Forum 2016 will be open only for invitees on March 29 at BMICH Committee Room A from 5.30 p.m. onwards.
