The President Maithripala Sirisena met with a Korean delegation at the president’s official residence on Sunday morning.
The delegation have come forward to construct a Bhikkhu Hospital which has been proposed to be constructed in the Kiriwatthuduwa area in Piliyandala.
The meeting to discuss details on the construction of the hospital, which will be fully equipped with 34 rooms, was attended by the delegation led by the Head of the Ulsan Chape Bhikkhu Hospital Network, Nong Hang Thero.
Following the meeting, President Sirisena presented a tooth relic to the Ulsan Chape Viharaya in Korea.
