The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says there has been a positive change in Sri Lanka’s economic growth rate.
A delegation from the International Monetary Fund made this statement during a meeting with Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake on Friday.
The delegation arrived in Colombo this week to discuss recent economic developments and policies for the year ahead. The team met with government and central bank officials, as well as representatives of academia, civil society and the private sector.
The IMF delegation included the Deputy Director of the IMF.
