The body of a young woman from the Osborn Estate in Hatton was found in the Castlereagh Reservoir on Sunday.

The girl’s family says that she had been missing for three days. The twenty year old woman had been missing since Thursday. The girl’s family had made an entry at the Hatton Police on Saturday after their attempts to find her proved futile.

A relative of the victim stated:

After searching for two consecutive days, we found out today that her body was in the Castlereagh Reservoir .

Residents had assisted to recover the body. Authorities are yet to ascertain a cause of death.
