Two members of the European Union will visit Sri Lanka on Thursday to evaluate the progress made in implementing the recommendations put forth by the EU, following the ban imposed on fish exports from Sri Lanka.
The Minister of Fisheries said that the team of EU Representatives will formulate a report detailing the progress made by the country, to remove the imposed ban.
The EU representatives are due to meet with the Minister of Fisheries and other officials at the ministry, as part of their visit.
